- Poor #77517

Super keeps building pretty clean BUT landlord, Paul Zimmerman, is disrespectful should you have any trouble in your apartment. I would not recommend this building considering there are so many other choices in same price range. Recent tenants are messy; they leave their garbage outside of the bins and drop cigarette butts all over perimeter.
