- Terrible #75250
the worst!!! omg I had to call them everyday to find out what was going on with my taxes. they told me I would be getting back a certain amount but then I ended up getting something lower that they COULD NOT explain why. then, I NEVER got my W2 forms back. its already been a month since i filed. I felt like I had to harrass them for my own info...never again.

they messed up my taxes last year. They said that i was going to make $10,450, i ended up sending back $12000 to the IRS
