Rob was recommended to me by someone, and I am so grateful to have found him! I had only expected to go to him for an inspection, to start, but my brakes suddenly gave out so getting there became an emergency. It turned out that, because my car is a 1999 the parts that I needed (metal brake lines) aren't even available. I would have had to go to the dealership, and we all know how much dealerships charge. Rob actually MADE the lines for me (he's a classic car guy from way back) and I couldn't believe how reasonable his prices were. I know I can trust him because I trust the person that recommended him, and they've known each other for a long time. Rob was also very down to earth and respectful. He didn't talk down to me at all, which is something that happens regularly to a woman in an auto repair situation. He fixed my car, he did it well and at a reasonable price, and now I finally have a mechanic I can trust! Woo Hoo!
