Just Four Wheels Car, Truck & Van Rental

I personally like their business. Very nice people and always willing to help to accommodate customer's needs in timely and efficient way. Our family utilzes their service almost every time when we go visit relitives in other states (that been said at least once every year). We've been using their services since 2011 and we had no issues at all. I would strongly recommend to anyone who's looking for reliable and affordable vehicles for rent! Just heads up, if you can preferably make an reservation about a week in advance.

I have rented cars many times and without any incidents.
However I lately heard that just 4 wheels has come up with a new way to make money but I didn't believe it.
I experienced it!!!
I rented a relatively new mini van with a dent and some scratches on the rear bumper. I made note of the dent and scratches in the check out sheet.
Upon returning the vehicle i closed the contract without any issues. However a minute after I left I got a call from the office to come back.
When I did so I was told that there was a scratch on the rear bumper that wasn't there before. As I went out to see what they where talking about the van wasn't there! They claimed that "their employee took it to the mechanic".
After promising me that it wont go on any record and i wont get any charges for it, I went ahead and foolishly filled the forms and sent in all the documents required.
But things only got worse form there on!!!
Two weeks later I was shocked to see a CHARGE on my credit card in the amount of $750.00!!!
When I called the main office to complain I got a whole bunch of voice mails.
After two days of trying I got through to Natalie and I was told that is company policy, and there is nothing to do till and when they get the full amount from the insurance.
To add insult to injury, she mockingly remarked that i can go ahead and dispute the charges if i don't like it.
As i was very disturbed, i discussed this event with a number of my co-workers surprisingly enough four of my co-workers had the exact same experience.
BEWARE AND DON'T BECOME A STATISTIC IN THE JUST 4 WHEELS SCANDAL.

love this place! nice basic cars! decent quality and pricing for Sabbath and Saturday and holidays are great!

I made reservation 4 weeks in advance for Jun 27 knowing that Jun 27 I a high demand day and specifically asked them if they are certain that they’ll have vans available, they promised me that they will definitely have.
2 days before Jun 27 I get a call that they don’t have anything available. Now trying to rent a Mini van 2 days before Jun 27 is impossible. Their representative was rude and unapologetic, and told me that they don’t need me as a customer because I only rented from them once in the past (actually I rented from them at least 4 times in the last 3 years, I guess they keep records as good as they keep promises…) they left me stranded. They are rude and unreliable.
