Just 4 Paws Pet Spa

I was nervous about getting my dog-son groomed again because our first grooming experience was horrible (at a different groomer). A good friend told me about Just 4 Paws Pet Spa so, I took a chance... LET ME TELL YOU, what a FANTASTIC experience it was for my little Sky and I. Upon our first communication they were kind and thoughtful. Arrived early to introduce Sky to the staff, the energy in this establishment was so positive I knew in my heart they would take amazing care of Sky. I called them half way through his appointment and they gave me every detail as to how his appointment was going and what stage they were on. They finished his grooming a half hour earlier than expected which was a GREAT sign. When I picked up Sky he didn't want to leave, I think he actually wants to work there as a part time greeter LOL!!!!

I can't say enough great things about everyone working at Just 4 Paws, I would recommend anyone to take their 4 pawed child there. The happiness and gratification I feel cannot be put into words.

I had the WORST experience there. I brought my 9 month old puppy (shih tzu) to get cleaned and groomed. Well the women who worked there were very nice but they did the worst job. The shaved my poor puppy bald. Now here is my grip why in the world would you do that when I clearly told them not cut all of hair off because its winter time. I dont want my lil guy to freeze. I guess I went on deaf ears because they cut off all of his hair. I am beyond disgusted with them. Please think about taking your dog there.. think twice!!!

I love bringing my shih tzu here! They treat him like one of their own and that makes me so happy and comfortable to leave him in their hands.

It took me quite a few groomers until I found Just 4 Paws, and they are great!

I took my shitzu here for the first time and he came back terrified. Hes all raw in certain areas. His private areas are cut. Hes been walking weird and acting weird ever since. He has been crying. wont even go outside crys when we try to take him out. hes not even evenly cutt right. He looks traumatized and depressd. Never again will i take my puppy there again. and it was expensive 65$!! for my puppy to be scarred mentally and on his balls..Not only that it took them three and a half hours. idk what to do?? if i should take him to the doctor or not. My puppy is really hurt he looks horrible cant even walk straight

Baxter Boy had an amazing experience. Erica (The owner) provided me with outstanding customer service along with an amazing outcome to my 5 year old Wheaten Terrier. The experienced staff at Just4paws handled Baxter in a delicate manner. This place really exceeded my expectations as Baxter can be feisty and be a little stubborn to deal with. However, they proceeded with excellent care and focused on customer satisfaction while still providing a great product. Now, I look forward to bringing Baxter back sooner than later. Just4paws is by far the best spa within a 30 mile radius. I leave this review with high recommendation to any future customer (s) at Just4Paws,
