Junk-A-Car

I called and the person that picked up was roughly rude. I asked to speak to the hiring manager or someone in the office and the rude customer service rep was screaming at me through the phone. Literally screaming. I need the manager to contact me immediately, or I will be posting bad reviews EVERYDAY! Who does the hiring for these rude people?

Can't believe they picked up rude and was screaming what a company unbelievable!

Called to get a quote, gave me a low ball offer much lower than other companies. Had terrible attitude and then when I said no thank you he acted like a little kid who's pouting and hung up on me. Manuel, you should cherish your job, it may be the only one you get with that kind of customer service.

the owner sound very nice respond, everyone don't trust any top sell junk old car advertisement....all liar....please try don't keep your old too long as over 15 year. if you don't have $$$$, sell your car iron , less 500 money back your pocket...

It took 3 months and multiple phone calls BUT finally got check for payment on the Vehicle we sold them.

Hello. On Friday, January 16, I called your office and was given a quote. It was stated that Prestige Auto Towing of Miami would contact me to arrange pickup of the vehicle. They called and I requested same-day pickup.

The dispatcher informed me he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never did and after an hour I called back. He told me they couldn't pick up until Monday, 3 days later and I agreed for an 8AM pickup. He said they could do it at 7:30 to 7:45 and I agreed.

No driver ever showed up on Monday. I called at 8:30 AM and got a dispatcher who told me they "lines switch at 9AM" and he said he would contact the other dispatcher and call me back. No one ever called.

I called after another hour and was hung up on after I gave my name. I called repeatedly, as we were leaving town that day and needed the car picked up, and no one would answer the phone. ... I STRONGLY advise you to stop contracting your work to Prestige.

I will be filing BBB and social media complaints against you and Prestige. Worst service ever!"
