Fun class, but not much of a workout. Not a lot of room to change. They have shared bathrooms with another place.

The customer service here is the WORST I’ve ever experienced!! I purchased a 3 class package through GILT and scheduled my classes. When I tried to cancel a class the night before, due to a glitch on the site, it didn’t go through till the next morning. I called to confirm the cancellation went through and the woman (she said her name was Monica Smith) told me I was a liar and I only canceled this morning. I didn’t want to get into it on the phone so I said fine I will be there to take the class. She then yelled at me and told me she wouldn’t let me into class because it was now canceled, and I will not be receiving a refund and could not reschedule.

I asked to speak to her boss and she said she was in charge and I’m not allowed to contact anyone else. She also told me don’t even try to get my money back from GILT CITY because I never would. (I did get my money back from Gilt City – they were amazing).

That said I did take one class previous to this and it was a nice workout – but I would never return. Hopefully the owner checks these reviews before this “manager” ruins her business.
