Julie De Rossi is an amazing agent, and I don't write that lightly. On more than one occasion, she has come to the rescue when I needed advice or had to have a policy written up immediately. Julie is a fountain of knowledge on NY insurance regulations; her friendly, accurate and honest advice has held me in good stead. In fact, my experience with Julie has been what has kept me with State Farm: she is always available for a quick conversation, answers emails promptly and is never pushy.
