Buyer Beware! This guy does poor work and is a scam artist! I was referred to this company by a co-worker who knew the owner (Ahmad) and I hired them to sand down and re-finish all my hardwood floors in my newly purchased first home (about 800 sq ft). THEY RUINED MY FLOORS. The person using the sanding machine had no idea what he was doing and ripped up the floor causing serious damage. They used different grades of sandpaper around the edges of the walls so they all look like a different color than the rest of the floor. And then to top it off they did a poor job of cleaing up the dust and then coated over the floors in that condition and sealed in the dust and debris making the floors look and feel like sandpaper. Like a fool I paid them in full, in cash, while the floors were being finished with the coating and was still wet and was unable to see the damage that would be apparent once dried. I later managed to lure the owner to my house without letting him know about the specifics of the problems. Once he saw the floors he openly admited that "I have never seen floors like this before" and agreed to refund my money so that he can gracefully duck out of my house. I have not heard back from him since. I have filed a Better Business Bureau Complaint and am awaiting my court date for the small claims case I filed against him. This is a dishonest person, do not trust him. If he messes up your house he will duck his responsibility and you will never see him again!
