Good: They have EVERY kind of food your looking for. We wanted key lime pie mix, and they had it. They even had this mini key lime pie that I imagined.
Bad: They do not have good customer service, and they said they didn't have gram cracker crust or key lime pie mix, which they ended up having. The only person that knows where everything is, is the manager who doesn't barely speaks English.

If this store wasn't conveniently located, NO ONE would use it. My neighbors & I constantly complain about the atrocious customer service. Everyone including the manager Kevin is horrible. You're not allowed to return anything even if the product was sold after the expiration date. There is frequently a bird flying around the store & potentially dirtying the food (how come the health department allows this to occur so often). The prices are the highest in town. Employees in the Trump Buildings are given a discount even though they only purchase a coffee & a sandwich. The residents of the surrounding buildings are not given a discount even though they keep the store in business. I wish that the entire store was replaced by a store that realized without customers, it couldn't stay in business.

We used to regularly shop at Jubilee, because we live near by. While the selection is a lot worse than at whole Foods, we used Jubilee because they were close. My husband bought a small bottle of truffle oil for $13 among other items, the total bill was over $300 for couple ounces only. When we opened it to discover that the top of the bottle was broken and part of the glass was missing. When my husband brought the bottle back, the store manager refused to refund or exchange the bottle. That was the reward for weekly spending of $300 to $600 at their store.

Worst customer experience ever. We have been buying regular groceries for over a year. They have never lived up to "friendliest" service but today's experience definitely gives them the "worst" customer service award. We bought hot chocolate cocoa powder ($10), went home, tried it and it was horrible. Compared to spicy hot chocolate you find a place like Jacques Torres, this hot chocolate tasted like drinking a hot soup of chilli. Instead of allowing us to exchange it for a better, drinkable hot chocolate, the folks at Jubilee pointed out the word "chilli" on the box and literally handed me back the box with "What do you want me to do with this?".
Never shopping at Jubillee Marketplace again!
