I didn't have any problems....juana did my hair and I loved it.....

Horrible!! I gave this place too many chances. This was the last time. I always get stuck with Juana doing my hair. She is disgusting. She always stops to eat, and never washes her hands. I also saw her pick her teeth once. Not only that she burned my forehead and 1st had the nerve to say she didn't see it, then she said it was MY FAULT. I only went there in the past because of convenience, hoping I would get someone else. I also know I should have spoken up when I saw her do those disgusting things, but I didn't.. Just wanted to warn others, and I am never going back!

I love this place, my hair came out great, the staff is awesome. They also speak Spanish, FYI.
