This place is bad, stay away from. JS Real estate only employs swindlers and crooks. It was a terrible experience I wouldn't recomend them to my enemies!

Needed a place urgently, took 3 weeks to actually sign a lease. 3 Weeks is not a long time, but I was lead to believe I would sign one sooner. The individuals are nice, but seem lackadaisical in their efforts. 95% of the time it was me who called to receive NEW information, not information that was already provided.

This was the best experience I have ever had working with a Real Estate Agent. Before meeting these guys I was searching for an apartment for over 2 months. I found them on Google towards the end of my 2 month search; as soon as I called a professional sales person picked up the phone and directed me to the office. Once I arrived they greeted me and showed me about three apartments where I choose one and it only took about 3 days to get approved. I moved in later that week. This was an awesome experience and I would really recommend them to anyone in the future.

These guys where great; they helped me find an apartment extremely fast and with little hassle. I found them on Craigslist, called and they responded very professionally by asking me to come to their office to show me what they have. I went in on Monday with all my paperwork and deposit, by Friday I had my new apartment. This is the place really worth visiting if you are having a hard time finding an apartment. Recommended 100%.
