If hired there is a strong possibility you'll be paid under minimum wage and no overtime for working door to door selling Verizon bundles for up to 60 hours a week due to a commission based pay. The Management Training Program is deceptive and the chances of becoming an owner of your own firm are slim to none. Their success is heavily dependent on high turnover, as many employees leave after realizing the nature of their working conditions and they attempt to bring as many applicants as possible, so your time is best spent elsewhere. I was fired after a brief employment when I brought in the New Jersey Wage and Hour laws and requested minimum wage and paid training and attempted to hand it out to my peers. Really deplorable business model.

Great work environment for driven, motivated individuals. Self-starters paradise.. Not a company where you sit around bored, doing the same routine everyday. You learn business new skills and practices everyday.
