The Saloon is in the middle of a quite residential community. There is only one barber. I am guessing his name is Joseph. I have been there ever since I moved to Woodbridge,NJ. Joseph usually cuts using a scissor an comb. Very rarely do you see this happen. Joseph never rushes the haircut even if there are people waiting and the rates are pretty decent $12.00 for a hair cut. I usually tip him $3.00 and make it a round $15.00. I recommend it to almost every one I know. Its a great place to have you hair cut.
