I am incredible frustrated by the inefficiency and customer service of the Cory staff. I requested to have my Wayfair couch delivered on Thursday am. I received a call the day before indicated Thursday pm from 1-5 pm was the time the delivery was scheduled. I called and spoke to someone who said she moved my delivery time from 12-4pm instead, knowing I had to leave at 3 pm for an important meeting. I took half the day off to wait for the couch. I called Thursday morning to confirm and was told it was likely my couch would be delivered on the early end of 12-4 pm. I then called back to confirm when I didnt hear anything at 1 pm and was told that my time was never changed to 12-4pm and that I was at the end of the list.
I heard three different things from three different people. When i began to express my frustrations, I was rudely treated. I was told that there "is no way anyone changed the delivery time", essentially calling me a liar. I was told that the first two dispatchers I spoke with "probably just didnt look at the system" when they spoke to me, which is a horrible excuse for incorrect information and a horrible way to run a business. When I asked for a new delivery time the next day in the morning, they said there was no space and no flexibility. I had expected that there may have been some flexibility granted given the poor service I experienced. No solutions were recommended or help was offered.
