The absolute worst management company. They are lazy, incompetent and not to be trusted. STAY CLEAR of this company. Theres so many other real estate agencies in town. Don't give them your business. They are so awful.

Poorly maintained buildings complete with rodent infestations, long history of improper rent accounting, and an extremely rude Office Manager (Dana). Worst property management company in Jersey City. This coming from a licensed real estate agent. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Being new to the area, I was extremely pleased with the way Del Forno Real Estate handled my new move into my new apartment. The agents were very courteous and efficient with any problems, questions or repairs I may have had. I would refer their office, agents , and management company to any of my friends anytime. Great Job!

Never do business with them! They are horrible. My apartment has had problems with mice and cockroaches since the day I moved in. I asked the realtor about it before we signed and she said there has never been a complaint about them. (ALL LIES) It has taken me numerous emails, calls, and visits to get them to even start trying to help with the problem. My apartment is filled with mouse poop and they just blow me off ever time I try and contact them.
