- Terrible #55529

Bought a jacket online but it didn't fit well so went to return it at this location. Initially didn't want to take it back claiming it was an outlet store, and they can't take online orders back. I knew this was untrue...finally took it back after threats to call their customer service line. Agreed with other reviewers, this particular location has exceptionally bad customer service.
