This lawyer was for the opposing party. they filed a case against me by error. And refused to give me anything in writing that they did an error. Thank god I called the court because if I did not I would be out of my apartment because they told me to "just let the case be and nothing will happen." I alled the court and they told me "No. they have to call it in to cancell the proceedings." So the court clerk called the lawyer and plantiff and then they confirmed that the case was filed by error. Now this is on my recvord. Thanks to them And they refuse to give me a letter of their error committed. They are very busy to answer phone calls but are not busy to go down to court and file evictions against people.
