They are slow, unreliable, disorganized, and alarmingly under-staffed. When I went in to speak with Mr. Kroll, the secretary and another lawyer were SCREAMING at each other. I was afraid they were going to get violent. They took forever to get back to my calls and emails, forcing me to work around their seemingly continuously "busy" schedule. I also noticed they have new interns in their office practically every week. I suppose they can't stand the faculty and their bipolar outbursts and quit as soon as they can.

I found Jonathan Kroll and Associates to be very professional. The integrity of each team member coupled with their accessibility made an extremely difficult time in my life so much easier to get through. Every question was answered promptly and I was never left worried and wondering. Their responses to my questions and concerns were timely and great attention to detail was paid. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a thorough lawyer that will see you through your case.

Jonathan Kroll handled the sale of my mother's house and I can't praise him enough. Every interaction I had with him was of the highest professional quality. My phone calls were returned promptly and documents were sent when he said they would be. The sale was somewhat difficult because my mother was moving to assisted living, and his compassion extended well beyond his professional obligation. I will definitley go to Mr. Kroll again for any legal needs I have in the future.

Johnathan e kroll and associates stay away unless you want to be riped off promises the world and sucks your wallet dry your better of giving it to your favorite charity, the worst communications not to mention the awful disorganization should be dis bared for malpractice.
