I waited a long time and saw a few customers get service that arrived after me. I guessed it was because I was wearing very casual clothes and everyone else seemed a little dressed up. Once I did get service, though it was great.

This location is just ok... I felt that the staff there was pretty stuffy. Purveyor of the classic conservative looks, it definitely attracts a much older crowd. The shoes are decent though, especially when they have some of the more classical items on sale (which is when I think the shoes are fairly priced). Store is small and intimate, but packed full of items. Like I previously wrote, only worth it when they have a sale, but from time to time, they do come out with some select shoe styles that are unexpectedly fresh - which is another moment when the shoes are worth it.
