This company should be under investigation they mistreat their clients representative ghetto loud and disrespectful on the phone. The company screens their calls on on their caller ID and would not pick up when they know your calling I made a formal complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau

Blown away by how horrible this company is. I have an extended warranty thru frigidaire so they were chosen to fix my dishwasher. 1st time, got a call from the technician an hour before the time window was finished saying his van had broken down and their office would call me to reschedule. Office never called.
I had to call frigidaire to make another appointment. Johnson finally rescheduled only to cancel when they asked me if I had a dog and if it could not be in the house while the tech was present. I told them our dog is super friendly, I wasn't home to guarantee that and they could choose not to come.

They chose not to come. They are dysfunctional and I wouldn't trust them with my appliances anyway...

You're lucky again getting one star this company is so horrible and the receptionist is real unprofessional her name is Diane will not do business no more

Terrible company. This is the worst appliance company we have ever had the unfortunate task of dealing with. They are not only unprofessional, they are rude, and unable to address appliance issues as they occur. They are disrespectful to their clients. They are also being reported to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use them!!
