If I could give zero stars I would. I took a pair of shoes here to repair the backs. He convinced me to repair the heels. Not only did they not fix the leather on the back but the heels were done so poorly they looked worse than when I dropped my shoes off in the first place. He refused to refund what I paid him. Never take your shoes here. See pics.
