No BS. No gimmicks. John is a regular guy. He tells you what needs to be done. If you can put something off, he'll tell you that too. These guys are pros. The culture of quality workmanship is palpable. When you go to Johnny's, you know you're getting quality parts and they will be installed conscientiously.
Recently I had to bring my truck to the dealer for a recall issue. It was a complete madhouse. There were 900 things going on and the service advisor who wound up talking to me was just reading notes off the computer. He didn't know anything about my truck. It was horrible. And I surely don't want to pay $140 per hour for service like that.
The only way I found Johnny's was because my car happened to die next door. They were a couple of down to earth people and they helped me out. I have been taking all three of my vehicles there ever since. Good old-fashioned service makes all the difference.
Johnny's has been around for a long time, so they know everybody. No matter what I've thrown at them, they always make it happen or know somebody who will.
