Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service experience at lil johns. After placing a $40 order for delivery the driver gets lost twice and then complains very vocally and rude the whole time when he finally walked up to the house. Ever heard of GPS?

The order was incomplete. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad as part of my order and it was missing the chicken and dressing when it arrived. After calling back I was told "if the driver gets there then he gets there, if he doesn't then he doesn't".... really lil johns?!!!? The guy on the phone was very rude and did not want to correct my order, so they basically beat me for money that was charged. I will NEVER order food from here again and will encourage EVERYONE I know to STAY AWAY!

wtf lil john my grandma is 84 n she damn near choked 2death on 1 off ur peperoni slices..... thank god she had her false teeth is cuz when I gave her the Heimlich she spit the peperoni one way n her teeth another, n thank god ur workers have hands like baseball players r her teeth would of shattered.thanxxx but go a little thinner on the peperoni next time
