I grew up on this street and consider these people family. My childhood memories have johns as the backdrop. The chicken parmesan hero toasted to perfection is my favorite dish. This place makes its own sauce everyday Italian style with herbs and tomatoes chopped up in the back! I Always stop at Johns when in Yonkers.

Full disclosure here. My family has been a regular customer here for about 30 years so some would say I have a bias. Regardless, I still feel they have the best pizza in Yonkers. Chicken parm (rolls or hero) is fabulous as well.
On top of that, it's a legit family owned and operated business. They're good people.
If you don't believe me, go in for a slice.

i moved to the area 2 years ago and eat john's on a REGULAR BASIS(almost freakish amount)
