John was professional, friendly and affordable! Really, what else can you ask for? He made a confusing and tedious process as simple as it could have been. Having John with us at the interview really helped us feel more comfortable and he was great at making sure we didn't miss important deadlines. I highly recommend John Moncrief to anyone with an immigration matter to resolve.

I married a US citizen and contacted John to help us with our petition and change of status applications. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He genuinely seemed to care about our situation, even giving us his personal phone number etc.

I contacted the Law Office when I had some basic questions regarding a recent personal injury I sustained. Mr. Moncrief is a saint! He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. He even made an appointment for us to meet the very next day in his office for a face to face follow-up. I was impressed with his professionalism and personal attention and would not hesitate to hire him or recommend his services.
