Dr Kelly is a wonderful Dr, and his staff is great. Cheryl is front desk and very efficient and lovely, the staff can make a big difference in your visit and they are top notch!

The best thing about Dr Kelly's Office is Dr Kelly or a P.A. Doctor is always there 5 days a week.
Most Doctor's are only in certain days and you have to wait a long time for an appt. If your sick and or in pain you will be seen. If you want to see Dr. Kelly only just call and talk to the girls at the desk and they will tell you what hours/days he will be there. Like any other Doctor sometimes he has an emergency and is at the hospital in the morning. I have been going to him almost 30 years and if he can't fix you he will send you to someone who can. Waiting Time is always different. Some times in and out other times 30 minutes or so only once I waited an hour and that's because alot of sick people all at once. Yes you have to talk to him and he will talk back.

the women at the counter are very nice, unless their having a bad day but everyone has a bad day here and their. I hear a lot of people complaining about this office now I have been going to John Kelly for years and not many times have I went in their and its packed once in a blue its packed a lot of the time I go in and get called within no longer then 30 min. Dr.John Kelly yea he is rushing a lot but if you need to ask a question or just explains something you have to open your mouth I never did before and let him rush me out until I spoke up and started talking more and he talks right back to me so just open your mouth people.. Oh yea one more thing other then the cleanness of this office this is a PRIMARY DOCTOR people not a regular doc. that does everything , the person whom wrote the review about theirs ears and this doc. not cleaning wax out of her/his ear, well I'll give you some other thing you can do 1.) clean your ears more, use peroxide to clean them out. 2.) go to an EAR doctor, I went their for a boil in my ears both and they gave me antibiotics drops for my ears and it worked ok not to good but that was my fault their not an ear doctor they wouldn't know what to do with that they are a PRIMARY DOCTOR AND THAT'S ALL THEY ARE, THEY MIGHT NOT TAKE AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AS OTHER PEOPLE BUT AGAIN IF YOU OPEN YOU MOUTH AND START TALKING THEY WILL TO SO EVEN IF THEY DON'T FIND A DIFFERENT DOC. BECAUSE ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE RIDICULOUS CAUSE EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT SO THEY CAN'T GO BY ANYONE ELSE'S REVIEWS BECAUSE EVERYONE EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT

Very Dissatisfied with the doctors visit. The office staff was rude while making an appointment, when I arrived in the waiting room, it was full due to overbooking, I sat there well over an hour, and when the doctor finally called me in, It was an intern never saw Doctor Kelly.
