I've been getting my unruly hair cut by Stephen at Dellaria for years. Overtime, I've gone from short to below the shoulder and he's always done a meticulous job with a great blow-out. On the rare occasion I've wanted a post-cut tweak, he sees me right away to fix it. Service at the salon has always been good, and they just moved to a great block in Soho.

I loved the haircut I got at John Dellaria, I worked with Zolst. I have tried many Salons in NYC over the past 3 years to find my perfect dresser and I think I have found him. Zolst thank you for a fantastic cut.

I have been a customer here for over 2 years, getting my hair blow dried 3 times a week every time I am in New York. Yesterday I had an appointment for a cut at 6.00pm. At 6.25 I was still waiting. No-one had said anything about the person running late, so I questioned the receptionist. Eventually they got someone else to do it, but without my intervention they would just have left me sitting there.
In the end there wasn't enough time for a cut, but I got my hair blow dried by some guy who was obviously in a rush to get home and when I got home and checked the back it was all frizzy.
I called the manager - Alison - today and she literally - screamed at me and told me this hadn't happened. She kept over speaking me. I actually thought they would want to know about my bad experience but she really didn't seem to care. When she hung up on me I called back and she screamed 'John doesn't want your business' down the phone. I'm gobsmacked!!!!
