I've never had any problem with this agency.
My rate was high,due to certain circumstances,in due time my rate decreased with satisfactory.Great customer service was always applied at john acosta agency.I love it.

Nothng, this location has the worst customer service I have gotten in any insurance company, all they want is taking your money and making your payments more, very disrespectful associates, and they give attitude when you ask for something that's out of their way.
I don't ever want to deal with this company again.

State Farm without reason raised my Fiance's rates significantly. Mr. John Costas when asked about it was very arrogant & belligerent. He stated there's is nothing I can do and I can threaten to go elsewhere if I want ..because everyone threatens to leave State Farm but no one ever does it. That arrogance right there made us seek out another insurance company on the spot. We called back to cancel and he wouldn't even come to the phone. I canceled through his co-worker. State farm what a poor representation. You lost a customer because of him and I will spread the word.

My parents have their policies in this agency and for some reason they never pick up the calls what is worse is that you try calling afterhours in the hopes of getting the 24 hour customer service but the phones are not transfer. I don't even want to think about if a customer is in an accident and he/she can't get a hold of anyone TRAGIC!!! Like a BAD neighbor State Farm is NEVER there.

HORRIBLE THE PRICE BASES IN IF YOU HAVE A BANK ACOUNT OR NOT IF THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT YO PAY A PRICE IF THEY CANT THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A MONTH IN ADVANCE JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT THEM TO TOUCH YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH THEY DONT EVEN LET U KNOW THAT THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY THEY JUST TAKE IT WHICH RESULTS IN HORRIBLE OVERDRAFTS IN YOUR BANK SO CHECK GEICO BEFOR YOU GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!
