In my professional opinion, this man was relaxed on the laws in NY State. For years he was prescribing max dose heavy duty narcotics, and pain pills in bulk supplies. They are only supposed to be taken for 7 - 10 days max according to the drug manufacturer. This was done via mail order out of state bulk supply pharmacies. He was undectable by the NYS prescription monitoring program. He chose to not comply with the NY Prescription Monitoring Program, as well as the Controlled Substance Act of New York. He operates with no staff in an uncomfortable apartment. He scheduals his appointments via text messaging from a cell phone. He takes Cash. He overcharges, and I feel is very expensive for what he is worth. Insurances companies dont work with him.
