Jofaz Transportation

There should be an option to pic 0 stars because my experience was terrible. Two jofaz busses crashed into each other TWICE!!!!

I love school buses. All of these kinds of school buses was very awesome.
When I grow up... I could go here when I was 16 years old. I'm 7 years old now.

Horrible bus service. Left a special needs child with no bus or contact info as to what bus would get him. And the phone number they either dont answer or left off the hook so them seem busy. Unprofessional and rude. Im completely disgusted. Shame on these inhuman jerks.

This is the worst most corrupt Company I have ever seen in my life. Thru my experience with jofaz I have seen several kids left on the bus unattended a bus catch fire in the yard and bus drivers unpaid overtime and treated like crap. The fact that this company is still running stuns me but maybe it's because of the mob affiliation and the police unwillingness to prosecute the company in all wrong doings. They have buses running with many defects and some drivers who are unlicensed to drive these buses. Furthermore most of the staff are drug abusers and alcoholics it's ridiculous this company is still up and running

They left my 6 year old child. Thank God her father went to the school just to be sure! When trying to contact them they wouldn't pick up for OVER 2.5 hours. When someone finally did pick up they were not concerned about my child's whereabouts or her safety. They had me on hold for 39 minutes and then hung up on me and didn't even bother to call back. I spoke to one employee finally who seemed reasonable but was not able to answer where the bus was or why didn't the bus ever come. I'm outraged that the Department of Transportation has a contract with this disgusting company. Nepotism has to be the primary reason it some type of "connect" with the government. This isn't okay and I'm concerned about their ethics and lack of concern, not just for my child but for anyone's child.
