The food is phenomenal, always fresh, and hot when it arrives. I've never had an issues, but you could bet if I had, that it would be promptly addressed. I once received a call from the owner, mere minutes ,after I hung up, to see if I was happy and if my order was taken properly. I let him know everything was fine, but the idea that he took time out of his busy day (dinner time no less),to ensure my experience was a positive one, was quite impressive. That phone call let me know the pride that he takes in his establishment and I will ONLY order from Joe from now on. Thanks, Joe for a fabulous meal and a night off (of cooking anyway).
