Let's start with the cons and then we'll end with the good stuff: Delivery took a long time. They are only located about 15 minutes away from me and delivery took almost two hours. Unfortunately, when I got the pizza it was cold :(
Now, I love that they offer a gluten free crust! And bonus points--it is not bad. I find that most gluten free crusts are dry and tasteless. This one is neither of those. It is not the best I have ever had but it is very good.
There is a huge variety of items on this menu. Some of the pizzas sounded weird to me but I went with the eggplant one and it is perfect.
The staff was very accommodating to my celiac, and even called me telling me that the eggplant was normally breaded. Upon telling him that I would get sick if I ate gluten, he was happy to modify the eggplant to be gluten-free. Overall a great pizza spot. Especially for celiacs!!

I Absolutely love this pizza place. I live in Queens and come all this way just to eat there great pizza. Don't get me wrong it might be a pricey but the food is great. I've ordered the buffalo chicken roll, buffalo chicken slice, chicken delight, chicken parm slice, Chicago deep dish, garlic knots, buffalo chicken bacon ranch slice, Eggplant delight slice etc. Overall just a great place. The only negative I really have is sometimes its so full and its not the biggest spot so it gets annoying.

You need to take out a loan to buy a salad here. A caesar and a chicken roll is $20. Average price for a slice is $5.
And to top it off I got sick 1 hour later from that salad

We were on our way to Skinny Pizza when we passed Joanne's Gourmet Pizza or JG pizza as that's what I saw from the road. I decided to whip out my phone to see what YELP thought---and saw the picture of the Penne a la Vodka slice and exclaimed, "I WANT THAT!" And so we went!
As I read in a review, yeah, don't go for the ambiance. Walk up to the counter and there are sandwich boards with the menu on them. I wound up sitting on a cushion with a hole in it, making me sit lower than I should've been to reach the table. The star here is the pizza!!!
Such variety, I don't remember seeing plain; the closest would've been whole wheat, Grandma or Grandpa and I would've tried them but OH MY GAWWWWWD! The penne slice is like a bowl of pasta with a slice of bread--you won't be hungry nor will you be able to eat another slice! Make sure you get a fork though--they're on the counter and if it's busy, there may well be other hungry JG customers blocking them. ;)
My husband had a barbeque chicken and a thai shrimp slice. By the time he got to the second of the two, he just ate the toppings off and forewent the bread; he was stuffed.
There doesn't appear to be a restroom for patrons and this is a Pepsi only establishment. As a loyal Diet Coke drinker, it was a tough one to swallow, but that slice was soooo worth it!
