I went in looking for a bouquet, asked the guy to make something for around $30. He picked random colors and sorts, bundled them together (not layed, just randomly in a bundle), he then took randomly colored roses and poked them into the bundle one by one.
After tying it all together with a horrible yellow ribbon, he hacked(!) at the stems to make the length more or less even. He then used the dull edges of the scissors to scrape leaves etc, from the outside of the bouquet stems.
Would definitely not go back.
