Joan Teasdale Hypnotherapy

Trying to explain my 8 week spiritual adventure with Joan is very hard. It's hard because there are not words to describe the beauty, the depth that I dove into my life, the imagery. So in the next paragraph I will try to help you understand why you HAVE to try it. 
Meeting Joan was a miracle that I prayed and ask for. Then once I met her a flood of miracles began to occur in my life. She and hypnotherapy have brought me back to the person I was created to be from the moment I was born. I now have a better understanding of myself and of life. I am currently working at my dream job and loving it. Had I not met Joan I am not sure where I would be today. My experience was beautiful. I am grateful for it each day.

I have experienced a number of hypnotherapy sessions given by Joan and every session has had a long-term, powerful effect. Joan has a way that opens my perspective and a way of delivering the methodology in a very proficient and effective manner. I have been surprised to see how quickly these sessions helped me to change some of my behaviors that I have wrestled with for years. Joan is an incredible person. She is very warming when you enter her place, makes you feel very comfortable and is great at listening and giving advice. I have never done Hypnotherapy before and I cannot believe how much I have changed since going to Joan. It's an incredible experience and she truly shows you how Hypnotherapy helps and what you can do at home to also better yourself on a much higher level.
