Great looking store, but very poor customer service. Came here on a Sunday evening to pick up a gift for a colleague and had wait 10 minutes for anyone to volunteer help, despite being one of two customers in the store. Male employee at the register was extremely rude and was not compliant with my requests to sample some of their primary line products. He literally thrust a scent card into my face without even looking in my direction. Would encourage this location to seriously review customer satisfaction rates and vet their representative hiring process.
In contrast, my experience at the LES store was extremely positive and led to purchase of additional products. Disappointing to see that there can be such a wide variance in customer service quality despite a great brand and product line.
