I'm a realtor, and this company processed all of my client applications very quickly.
They are very friendly, and very responsive

As a real estate professional that I am and working with many other building's management office that has shown great ethics - but this management office name JLP Metro Management lacks professionalism to the max; extremely disorganize. Don't waste your time applying for rentals, condominiums, coops etc...

My condominium contracted with this management company and they are extremely unprofessional. Lack of support , communication and service. Several emergency situations were ignored- which led to subsequent fines by NYC. The President of the company, Louis Papovich has gone on record making statements such as " i dont care" and it shows. Structural damages, leaks and minor repairs took weeks to months to mitigate - and you literally had to beg this company to come out to view your property. Any repairs that were done were sloppy, mismatched paint lumpy patchwork. Zero interaction with homeowners , zero presence or accountability- Generally not business savvy and had a hard time understanding basic contract language. Would not recommend to even be the superintendent of section 8 housing
