Coco and her staff are wonderful. I've never had any issues. If there was ever a problem, Coco had no problem fixing it and NOT charging for the chip. I LOVE the gel manicure and pedicures as well. Very affordable and if you are going to complain about it being expensive which it's NOT, then find a place that suitable for your budget. Also, salon is VERY CLEAN & that to me cleanliness is very important. I've been going there for a year and will NOT use anybody else. My regular manicures last me a good 2 weeks and my Gel which I prefer last me a month! When i.do my regular Mani's I find that Essie polish works better then OPI and the others.

They do a pretty good job at my gel filling but they over charge for the service. They don't like you to ask questions about what they're charging you for. Coco immediately jumps in and rudely tells you that's the price. Matter of fact, she doesn't like you asking questions anoint ANYTHING.

There terrible not only do they over charge you for a pedicure. There acrylic tips are awful i had my nails done a week ago and 2 already came off. I come in and coco refuses to fix my 2 nails she says she will only fix them before 3 days. Thats completely unacceptable. My nails when i go lillys last 4-5 weeks and i come hear and they last 1. Thats awful buissness. Then while i get my nails done they cut them so short they look like toenails and says no they look nice. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWW FULL BUISSNESS AND DO NOT STAND BY THERE SHITTY JOB!!!

I was over-charged for a pedicure a few days ago. The nail tech told me the price after a very rushed pedicure, which was more than I'd payed two weeks prior. I payed her and gave her a very nice tip. While I sat at the nail dry station, I called the salon to confirm the price of a pedicure. Sure enough I was quoted a price less than what she charged me. I assume they expect that certain people won't tip well and overcharge them in advance. I'm never visiting the salon again. She gave me a poor pedi as well, my heels are still in poor shape as she failed to use the scrub/pumice stone that is STANDARD in every pedicure. The customer sitting next to me was fortunate enough to have one used for her pedicure. I'm sure she was charged the appropriate price as well. When I asked the nail tech about my inflated bill she stated that a new bath is being used. This is untrue as it was the same color bath, same feel as my prior pedicure. It was the shortest pedicure I've ever had. I will never return.

Pretty, clean space. Usually busy, but they will fit you into the schedule.
