I have been coming to this shop for years, best shop in the area. The JJ Bergamo team of staff and mechanics are great. Everyone is friendly and they take their time to really help you out. The mechanics have been working for this shop for years and know their craft. I came in without calling and spoke to mike about getting a set of winter tires. The guys went into great detail to explain my options and price points. I decided on a set, and mike told me he would have them ready the next day!! I stopped by the next day one hour before they closed. The guys had them mounted balanced and good to go right before the big snow storm!!

My second time here for new tires. Their prices are very competitive to tirerack plus you don't have to pay for shipping and installation. Both times I bought Continental tires from them and they had it in stock the next day.

They replaced 4 tires on my SUV, it took them only an hour on a weekday afternoon. Fast, honest and reliable. I would recommend them over any chain tire shops in the area, even the Sams Club across the street.

Got stranded on 1&9 and Mike was extremely helpful even offered to give me a ride home. Very honest and was quick in fixing my car. He definitely makes you feel like he knows what he's doing and doesn't try to rip you off. He understood that not everyone has money like that to drop on a car nowadays. Satisfied customer. The nice touch is the Mom and Pop family feel amongst their staff normally not found in a corporate setting. Great prices for quality work, with warranty. Mike stands behind his family owned Brand, JJ.Bergamo. Warranty is only as good as the name that is standing behind it.
