Jing's Tattoo

i went to jing's for my first tattoo and am planning on coming back for more. this entire visit was comfortable.

jing's apprentice (jay) was the artist i saw. first impression: she was friendly, professional, and understanding. her work itself is the type i personally look for (follow her on @inkspiredart). i am absolutely ecstatic with the piece i got. she worked with me and was very receptive to what i asked. during the follow-up, while i bombarded her with questions, she was very patient in explaining tattoo care. she didn't seem harassed when i asked repetitive and was very considerate during my entire time there.

Jing herself is extremely nice. she's quiet, but considerate. several times during the session she would come in to check on how we were doing but she didn't crowd. she would give her feedback on the work while jay was working and reassuring when i asked her how the piece was going.

overall, the place is extremely open. very customer-based, they work as best as they can to fully realize their customers' needs. i am extremely satisfied with my care.

I am new to tattoos, so I cannot compare Jing's to other shops, but I can explain why I think it's great: very clean and tidy; Jing is very creative and works with you to make sure the design is what you want; she works hard and is not afraid of challenging projects; she does GREAT work! Although she is new to NYC, she is not new to tattooing and her level of work shows that.

love this place,i've had great experience right there,and i really had a good vibe with the tattooist and her assistant.they got drinks,ps4 and xbox,and so many games you can choose to play.wow,it just feels like you chillin in the lounge and somebody get you nice tattoo!also the tattooist got very good technical stuff!if you wanna get yourself nice tattoo,thats 100% cool place to go!!!

Got two and a touch up done by Jing. She's awesome and gentle. This is my spot for now on, no need to go looking for another artist. Thank you Jing!!!
