I just went there today with my friends for our graduation. Prior to our going there, I had checked the price for what I was getting on their website- $15. However, when I got there, I saw on there price board that they had erased the run and replaced it with a "2" in fading black marker. I had to tell my dad to drive back just so he could give me the extra 10 dollars! When the female owner of the store started pushing my cuticles back, she jammed the nail tool into them, talking while she was doing so which distracted her and caused her to jam the tool into surrounding skin of my nails. She also buffed my hands at least five times each with a NAIL FILE instead of a buffer, leaving my nails scarred, thin, brittle, dry, weak, and covered in harsh white scratches. (I was getting gel.)
She handed me over to another lady that buffed my nails again. After every coat of gel polish she told me to put my hand in the UV dryer. While inside it, my hand accidentally bumped into its sides, which were SCORCHING HOT. Probably because they were BARE METAL...
I booked an appointment for three ahead of time, but they were still understaffed, and the male owner ended up doing the pedicures of BOTH of my friends at the SAME TIME. Crazy. When I was done, the female owner happily exclaimed, "All done! Time to pay!" I rolled my eyes. My dad still hadn't gotten back yet, so i just gave her the $15 that I had originally brought along, telling her my dad was coming with the rest. She responded with an "Ok." The second I turned to walk back to my seat, she yelled after me," WAIT! THIS IS NOT ENOUGH!" I explained to her again before she finally understood. Then, her employee sloppily brushed cuticle oil onto my friends' nails and then sprayed them with some nail-drying liquid that left their nails oily and covered in a stringy substance.
But anyways, I'm sure you'll enjoy their limited gel color supply (this is all as of June 18, 2013), minimal customer interaction (except from the owners) , and rough nail service skills :)
