This has literally been the worst experience! I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance and I left work early to be home and the guy was a no-show. Worst of all I called to speak to the manager and she never called me back! Go elsewhere!!!

Initial message was ignored - apparently they confused requesting an appointment with someone else checking if a part was in yet. Once they did schedule an appointment, they were very pushy about making sure we would be prepared to pay immediately.
Tech was surly at first to my wife, behaved better when I walked in.
Didn't explain the problem, just quoted a price and pumped freon into the refrigerator, without even trying to identify the leak or patch it.
A couple of hours later, hey, guess what? Fridge is leaking freon to the point where we can smell it and get a headache from going near it.
That's money wasted on a "repair" instead of just replacing it because they didn't provide any information to allow our landlord to decide if it was worth the fix or if he should just replace the unit entirely.
I had a very strong impression that the tech didn't care about doing the job right, he cared about getting the job over with and getting paid.

Well, it's been a wild ride. Jimmy's handles all the warranty cases for Liebherr in Brooklyn. Our seven-year-old refrigerator has been unable to keep a stable temperature for four months now. Luckily, we're under warranty. Jimmy's is essentially attempting to rebuild the refrigerator. True, German parts have been on order, and some things can't be helped. What upset me is that every time I call to say, "Hey, what's happening with the latest part on order?" the woman who answers the phone doesn't remember who I am or why I'm calling. Remember me? We're trying to get the ability to keep food in our house again. It's been four months now. Hello, Jimmy's how are you guys? Remember me? I'm hoping you've got the part. Hi it's me with the Liebherr? Remember me? We're needing a working refrigerator at some point. Hello? Listen, is ANYONE NAMED JIMMY REALLY EVER THERE?????? Hello! Remember me? Hello!

The other reviews speak volumes. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

I waited all day for 4 days. Getting the same "he'll be there between 10 and 1" bullshit from the lady at the shop. On the day the guy allegedly made it to my building, he couldn't find a spot so he blocked a driveway. When someone told him to move, he just left. Newsflash: Parking in Brooklyn is hard!! The woman at the shop was barely apologetic and just told me to "call the insurance company and complain". I have never never experienced such anger and frustration. STAY AWAY!

Horrible company. They could not give me a service time window, so I had to take an entire day off work. Then, at 1:30 p.m., they told me they couldn't make it after all. When I tried to reschedule, they told me I'd have to take another day off and couldn't guarantee an arrival time. That's when I went elsewhere!
