Jimmy's Fine Jewelry Too

BEWARE... told me they could service my Rolex. After quite a long time I finally got my watch back. Within days it was not working again. Returned it and weeks later got the watch back again. It worked fine but started to condensate small drops of water on the face... went back and they took the watch again... James told me he dried it out and replaced the gasket. Got the watch back. Within a few days water condensed again.. I asked if he pressure tested the watch. He said no. I don't think he even knew what that meant. Changed gasket again. Asked if it was a Rolex gasket and was told no. Now I'm starting to worry... never leaked again but now it don't work. I have a receipt with 1 year warranty scribbled on it.. Worthless.. They charged me $300 but the aggravation and worry was far worse.

I would like to thank Jimmy for his high quality service. I went into Jimmy's Fine Jewelry store to have my diamond rings cleaned, as well as purchase a ring guard for one of my husbands rings. While my jewelry was being cleaned I asked Jimmy along with one of the sales associates if they knew what happened to the shoe repair store on Victory Blvd. They mentioned that it had moved further down on Victory Blvd. Since I was pressed for time because I was going to a wedding Jimmy asked what I needed done. I told him that both my husband and I waited last minute to have shoes polished, as well as our jewelry. He kindly asked if I had the shoes with me. His assistant followed me to my car and took my husbands shoes into Jimmy's store in which not only did they polish my jewelry, but Jimmy himself polished my husbands shoes for me. I can't thank you enough Jimmy for coming to the rescue. The service in the store is impeccable and the owner himself is top-shelf! Everyone in the store is very friendly, and helpful.
