ONLY STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. I MEAN, WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? I BOUGHT A BAG FROM THIS STORE AS A GIFT, HAD TO RETURN IT . I WENT TO THE BOUTIQUE AFTER 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE, AND THE SALESPERSON REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK.

Not happy at all . Bought two pairs of shoes. They sent the wrong size for one of them. When i hesitated with the 2nd pair i was never offered the 3 day approval before charging it to my credit card. I give them a zero rating and will only buy in a department store from now on.

We called with a question regarding their bags and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, especially Sebastian. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Jimmy Choo Madison Avenue staff!

Shoes are cheap Quality. The only cheaper thing is the customer service - or should I say, lack of.
