****BEWARE**** Nasty owners unprofennisal service Scratched my Vehicle and overcharged me 100% CROOKS

I initiated a AAA call because my car would not start. Bullochs responded and jump started my car. He informed me that I needed a battery, so I followed him to his station to have one installed. His mechanic tested the new battery and told me it wasn't charging properly and probably wouldn't start the next morning because i need an alternator. Well I informed him that I had an extended warranty on my Honda and he assured me that I would need this alternator so I better head right over to a Honda dealership for replacement, he was POSITIVE. Well needless to say I lost a days work and ran right over to Honda. They informed me that it would cost $115.00 for a diagnostic before they would replace the alternator. I agreed, they did the diagnostic and lo and behold I didn't need the alternator , the battery was fine, although Bullochs did put in the WRONG battery, and I was out $115.00 for the diagnostic. Stay away from Bullochs unless you just need gasoline!!!

If I could I would give Bulloch's a 0(zero) but for the purpose of giving this review I will give 1. They are the worst they sold me a battery with water in it. This almost ruined my car as it froze this winter of 2010-2011. What ever you do please do not take you car there or you will be sorry! Your car will be ruined! Please do not take your car to Bullochs car service.

We always bring our mercedes & mini cooper here because Mr. Bullock, although rough around the edges, is honest & his mechanics do good work. They also will deliver your car to your home when they're finished.
