Jiffy Lube

Came to get a oil change left went home under the hood was smoking so I call they told me to come back on they stated that they spilled oil but claimed they wiped it up and I was fine now leaving the shop for the second time get home get on the highway car is smoking like crazy now the fumes are coming inside the car I had to pull over because it was so much smoke I couldn't see I pulled over to let the car cool over now it's oil leaking underneath the car I start to drive again it's starts smoking again now they my engine light is on now im furious I paid 140 for bad ass service I called 3 times they stated they gave my number to the manager and he was gonna call immediately never got a call now im calls again they not answering now im calling corporate Monday morning people are friendy but worst service ever I drive a mercedas and now I feel like my car is messed up something will get done about this don't go to then for service

These people can't even change a windshield wiper blade. I needed an oil change and inspection a few weeks ago and ended up at Jiffy lube. It wasn't that busy there but it still took about 2 hours which is much longer than I usually wait for this service. My windshield wiper apparently had a small tear in it, and they would not pass my inspection because of it and told me it needed to be replaced. I had them replace the wiper and was on my way. The next day I notice they put the wrong size wiper blade on which was annoying, so I went back to have it fixed. The employee tells me they don't have the size in stock and to check back later in the week when they get their new shipment in. I ask to leave my number so that someone can call me when it comes in. A week goes by and no one calls, so I call them. The employee I talked to had no idea what I was talking about when I called. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that it still was not in stock but that he would try to get it from another store and will call me back that day to let me know if he was able to get one. He even offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. He never called me back. I am getting very annoyed at this point. A few days later I call back asking if the blade is in stock and the employee answers "we should have it, you can come in". I asked him to check to make sure that they did in fact have it and he told me yes. I get back to Jiffy lube and an employee replaces the blade and tells me I'm good to go. I turn on my wipers and see that it's still not fitting correctly. He tells me that it's fine and that this is the size from the computer for my make and model. I tell him again it doesn't fit and he offers me a $5 off coupon as a response. I do a quick internet search and see that they are in fact putting on the wrong size, AGAIN, and show him this. He goes to check the computer and comes back to tell me that they don't even sell the size I need. I'm beyond annoyed at this point. He then went to the next door auto store and bought the correct blades and replaced them and I was able to leave a half hour after first getting there. There was no other talk of the aforementioned free oil change or $5 off coupon, but I have no interest in going back there ever again, anyway.

Sent my wife to get a simple oil change and she came back with a bill 3x times higher than advertised.
If you don't know about cars, they will try to up-sale you on NONSENSE.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Great experience. Went for state inspection. I was greeted as I pulled up and escorted to the waiting room. They performed the inspection quickly. The tech even removed my registration sticker and applied the new one which had been sitting on my dash before I could ask. Would totally use these guys again if I were in this area of town again.
