I am waiting 1 1/2 hours this morning for a simple oil change. Manager says Fridays are always like this. They are not, because i have been coming here for years. Unusual, but a horrible visit.

In and out in 15 minutes. No pressure to buy anything else. Great crew working in Cranford...They get an A+++

Everyone at this location is extremely professional and polite. They do not try to force you into any purchases. They explain everything very detailed. They take care of your car, and have you out in no time. I typically go on my lunch break and it's more then enough time. Great workers!

I get it, there's no money in just doing an oil change, but shoving a piece of paper in front of your customer with obviously hidden charges and expecting a lay down signature for air in the tires and oil change for $80 is insane. This is why I do the change myself. Tried to save some time, but isn't worth it
