disappointed is all i can say. The lady rushed through the acrylic process, didn't acknowledge that the side of my nail was bleeding and put polish remover all over it. Rushed putting the stuff on my nails so that it was lopsided and now not even 1 week later 2 nails fell off.
If they rush like this when they have 4 staff and one person waiting i wonder how the nails come out when they have 4 people waiting.
