JFK Inn

They charged my card before I checked in..I wondered why the same guys would be sitting in the lobby no matter what time I came or left..I soon found out it was a homeless shelter also. And they have bed bugs. Going back and forth to my room you smell the strong smell of marijuana...Next time I will pay more money for a safer and better place.

The shuttle was an old beat up van. The website says 24hr shuttle and when I asked for it at a certain time they practically yelled at me saying the 24hrs was only for pickup not drop off and they only had certain hours for drop off. The rooms are really dirty and they don't do proper maintenance to them. There was a patch in the carpet with a different kind of carpet and the ceiling had several patches in it.

Me and another guest had to go out and shovel snow from around our car. Our guests was complaining about trying to leave but they was stuck because the owner of this hotel have no one plowing the parking lot or putting salt on ground. Someone can get hurt or fall. This hotel should not be in business very very terrible.

WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK NAMED VANESSA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST. SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SUPER 8 ITS CHEAPER..IVE BEEN AT THIS HOTEL PLENTY OF TIMES NO PROBLEM BUT THIS WOMEN RUINED THAT HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HER FIRED ACTUALLY. THATS HOW INSULTED I FELT AFTER SPEAKING TO HER.

Clean, regarding the rooms that I've stayed in but the WiFi is horrible (on the first floor) and constantly disconnects. The breakfast isn't too bad, but expect the hard-boiled eggs to come out somewhat late. At least for me, they came out late one day.

There was a morning where something smelled disgusting in the hallways but thankfully the staff cleaned it up by the end of the day.

EDIT: The upper floors appear to have better WiFi reception and hardly ever disconnect. The WiFi speed is also faster. There was also a stronger flow of water in my bathroom, but the light couldn't be turned off.
