JFK BED & BREAKFAST SUITES

We had a cancelled flight we called and booked the place at around 6, got there around 7 and it was all ready to go and smooth. The lady that works there and checked us in was super lovely and helpful. The house was warm, had complimentary toiletries, and was filled with nice people. The room we stayed in had an odd sound from the wall every now and then like a rattling pipe but besides that i would stay here again if in need of a place near the airport

worst place it's not hotel or guest house. it's private house. coustmor service there terrible. pls no one go there. and they took my money and not refunding my money

Not only is the name misleading when it's just a house with apparently rooms upstairs, it looked nearly abandoned at 630 pm on a Friday. The address number was taped outside on a piece of paper written in permanent marker. No sign for any "bed and breakfast suites" anywhere that I could see.

Booked through Travelocity. Originally a three day stay we decided to arrive a day earlier. Tire to call the B and B about 10 days before our trip. Was told they would call back with availability without taking our phone number. We should have known better. Finally got in touch with B and B set up earlier check in.
Arrived to check in NO ONE WAS AROUND!
No front desk. No staff at all. Calls went straight to voicemail. Actually found a way in thorugh a side entrance checked out the place. It was the upstairs 3 rooms of a private home. I'm B and B savvy but "Suites"? I think not. Check in time was one pm. After calling and waiting two hours a lackadasical "desk clerk shows up to check us in. My wife is disabled with a service dog, so what does the clerk want? A $55.00 "refundable deposit". Hmmmmmm? Will anyone be here to refund my money.
Answer - "Some pne is always here at check out."
Guess they just don't show up for check in.
She told us we had an hour to heck in or find another room. I asked for some privacy to talk with my wife and the clerk laughed. Incidentally she took her calls behind closed doors.
Seriously, this place is not as advertised or rated.
I wouldn;t even consider it a decent place to stay.
Spend your hard earned cash at Marriott or Super 8.

This is a cozy cute happy little Bed and Breakfast super close to JFK. The staff is very nice they almost cater to you! its not a big place but its very relaxing, clean and friendly atmosphere. i loved the decor all new and modern not your average cheap hotel i would definitely stay here anytime i need an over night or 3 in nyc!
